We develop a detailed estimate for your review and approval. Once approved, we create a project schedule, obtain necessary permits and procure materials.

CONSTRUCTION
We coordinate all aspects of the construction process; scheduling subcontractors, internal carpentry staff, inspections, material delivery and storage, and finances

PROJECT CLOSURE & WARRANTY
We conduct a comprehensive walkthrough and develop a checklist to ensure all of the final details are complete. A two year warranty is provided upon substantial completion.
